New Interim Reporting Regime – UIF (Argentina)

The Financial Intelligence Unit – Argentina has issued a new information request under the Interim Reporting Regime to various Reporting Entities, including financial institutions, PSPs, remittance companies, and other actors within the system such as notaries and accountants.

This request covers information related to:

  • Institutional
  • Operational
  • Statistical
  • Client-related
  • Structure and AML/CFT prevention

– Evaluation period: July 2024 – June 2025
– Submission deadline: before December 17, 2025
